MEET OUR STAFF

Don Pollock ~ Owner/Funeral Director/Embalmer is a 1987 graduate of Putnam County High School in Unionville, MO. He is a veteran of the United States Navy and served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. In 1995 he graduated from University of Missouri with his Business Management Degree and in 1998 received his Mortuary Science Degree from Worsham College in Wheeling, Illinois.
Don is a member of First Baptist Church, Miller County VFW Post 2442, Eldon Kiwanis Club and Eldon Country Club. He enjoys watching Amanda play sports, watching football, playing cards and golfing.

Lori Pollock ~ Owner/Office Manager is a 1989 graduate of Raymore-Peculiar High School. Lori worked for 11 years as a construction loan administrator/closer at North American Savings Bank, FSB before moving to Eldon. She now enjoys managing the funeral home office.
Lori is a member of First Baptist Church, Eldon Kiwanis Club, Beta Sigma Phi and the Eldon Country Club. She enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, being outdoors, camping, golfing, scrapbooking and reading.
Don and Lori have 2 daughters, Jessica (18), who is a 2009 graduate of Eldon R-1 School District and Amanda (14), who attends Eldon Junior High.
Don and Lori work hand in hand to provide thoughtful, considerate and meaningful service for Eldon and the surrounding communities.

Imogene Cornell ~ Part-Time Assistant resides in Eldon. She moved to Tuscumbia in 1989 to become Administrator of Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center. Prior to this she was the Director of Social Services at Missouri Rehabilitation Center in Mt. Vernon. Following retirement from Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center, Imogene was a preneed counselor for American Prearranged Services.
Ms. Cornell has 4 sons, 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She is a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church where she is the church pianist, ladies Sunday School teacher and leader of 1st Place for Health. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, crafts and spending time with her grandchildren.

Richard Simcox ~ Apprentice Funeral Director is Lori Pollock’s father. He is a Navy veteran and retired in 2003 from A.J. Goss Distributors after 33 years of employment. He has been married 39 years and has 4 children and 8 grandchildren. He enjoys golfing, gardening and singing in his church choir.
Richard is currently working towards getting his Funeral Directors license. He will be assisting in all aspects of the funeral home such as, funeral arrangements, visitations and funeral services.
